Must Know Before You Go for Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary Package
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- Fixed day ticket implies that you can avail of the experience only on the selected date at the time of booking.
- Infants aged 0-2 years can join this activity free of charge; children aged 3-11 years have to book the experience at child prices; individuals aged 12 years and above must book the package at adult prices.
- Children and infants must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Persons with disabilities and pregnant women can join this activity, but please note that long hours of walking is involved.
- Rate includes return pick up from hotels within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Bukit Bintang area.
- Please note that elephant bathing session is subject to availability. Please make reservations directly upon arrival at the Sanctuary. The session will be canceled in cases of bad weather or high river water levels.
- The elephant bathing fee is payable at your own expense (MYR 10 per person, payable directly at the sanctuary).
- The Deerland Park is closed on Fridays. There will be no compensation or alternative for the closure.
- The activity is able to accommodate special dietary requirements (allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets, or other dietary needs).
- This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible.
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time.
- Coverage locations: Kuala Lumpur City.
- Please note: For Join In Tour, pick up on Fridays will start at 09:30 onward.
